Rental Cars

Free shuttle service is provided 24/7 by all rental car companies to off-airport facilities. Please return vehicles directly to off-site locations. Customer service counters are located in the lower level of Terminal 1 between exit doors 12 and 17, and are staffed during peak times.

Terminal Shuttle

STL Airport provides free 24-hour shuttle service between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.  The shuttle runs between Exit 12 at both terminals in 8-15 minute intervals.

Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day. Shared ride shuttles leave the Airport approximately every 30 minutes between 6am and 10pm and begin servicing routes to the airport at 4am.

Taxis

Taxi Zones:

  • Terminal 1:  Exit Door 14 to Garage Yellow Level 

  • T2:  Exit Door 12

Exact fares depend on final destination. Each taxi will have an Airport Use Fee of $4.00 per pickup.

Ride App

Ride App companies Lyft and Uber operate at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Reservations must be made online.

Light Rail (MetroLink)

MetroLink is the St. Louis metropolitan region's light rail system and is operated by Metro as part of a fully integrated regional transportation system. 

MetroLink has 37 stations and stretches 46 miles. It serves several municipalities in St. Louis County, Missouri, St. Clair and Monroe Counties in Illinois, and the City of St. Louis.  Advance fare required.

Metrolink Station Terminal 1 is at Exit Door 1, Ticketing Level, east of all ticket counters.

Metrolink Station Terminal 2 is at Exit Door 12, through the parking garage.


Greyhound and Local Bus Service

The Bus Port at St. Louis Lambert International Airport is the pickup location for all local MetroBus and Greyhound Bus Service. It is located just south of Terminal 1 on Lambert International Boulevard.

Don’t have a Southwest Rapid Rewards number?  In that case the first thing you will need to do is to sign up for one.  You do this by going to www.swabiz.com, clicking on “traveler account log in” and then “create an account”.  When you create your account there is a field to enter our Corporate ID. That number is 99496412.

 

 If you already have a Rapid Rewards account you will click on “traveler account log in” (from www.swabiz.com) and then enter our corporate ID 99496412 in the box above your information.  You will be prompted to click “yes” to associate your Rapid Rewards account with our Corporate ID account.

What happens after you associate your Rapid Rewards number with our Corporate ID#? 

When you are ready to book your air travel to St. Louis, go to SWABIZ.com (NOT Southwest.com), click on Traveler Account Log in, make sure you see the Company ID field filled in with the ID 99496412 when you log in, then click on Book a Flight and proceed as you normally would to book travel via Southwest.com.
